Following the positive fundraising and community engagement at the Kirton Lindsey Christmas Market we decided to give fundraising another go at the KLASSSIC Park 10th Anniversary Gala.
We set up our stall with the exciting lollipop tombola and an array of amazing prizes, kindly donated by local businesses. We had flower bombs, pencils and bird boxes for sale too.
It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces that had supported us at the Christmas Market, asking how the Charity was doing and what projects we had in the pipeline. It was great to see new faces from the community too who were keen to hear about our plans to create community woodland in the area.
Although the day was a bit of a wash out weather wise, this didn’t stop the team's smiles, engagement and the fabulous community helping our charity raise a whopping £122.
